Default brake pedal travel

my brake pedal starts to drop down slowly, but not all the way after driving through stop n go traffic on a hot day. cold day does not happen to pedal. i was told that my mc has a slow leak. could the leak cause the pedal travel on hot stop n go days? does the brake fluid thin out on hot days and thick on cold days. sorry don't have time to search for answers. all the help you can give please will be accepted/appreceated. please don't bomd to hard on me

it could be your master cylinder slowly dying on you, its leaking inside around the seal/plunger thing which is allowing the pedal to fall

Check the MC. If that doesnt solve it then it could be the fluid. There might be water in the system due to old brake fluid. Water+Brake fluid= Shiiity pedal feel. Look for a brake fluid with a high boiling point. Casstrol LMA is a good choice.
