ls/vtec people!!!!
i have a friend doing this build and he needs to know everything to do with and to the engine to complete it. also so it doesnt BLOW up when he drives it. so if any one can run off like a "check-list" that'd be great.
Be sure you also search for LS/VTEC, LSVTEC, LS VTEC, and any other methods of putting it.
Personally I would stay away from the setup unless I had enough money to fully build it. One of the biggest issues that's often overlooked is the balance of the crank, be sure that a reputable machine shop balances it. I would go with forged internals even if for no other reason that the increased heat dissipation that they offer over cast internals. Sleeving it isn't necessary, but isn't a bad idea. If you're unfamiliar with the setup, make sure you get a kit like the Golden Eagle kit to make things easier. There are lots of other "dos" and "don'ts" of LS/VTEC setups. Search and find out.
