Default tire grinding

so this morning going downhill, my car slid on slush and hit the guard-rail on the passenger side. the bumber is cracked and the headlight is broken. all cosmetic and nothing im too worried about. but...

the wheel on the passenger side is dented in toward the car. and when i make left turns, there is a grinding sound. is there any suggestions ti what the wheel damage is and how much it would be around?

also the steering-wheel is off centered (the 'H' is slanted). so could this be an allignment problem?

You have possibly damaged a steering component. Take it to a shop. Can't really estimate the damage, i can't see the car...

Yes, or worse.

You probably bent or broke suspension and/or steering components.

The grinding sound is probably the inside edge of the tire rubbing against the fender liner.
