Squeaky Springs

I installed a set of neuspeed sport springs on my 5th gen prelude about 6 months ago, and right now they are squeaking really bad. I was thinking the cold weather but im not too sure. Im sure its a common problem, anyways to fix this?

Are you sure its the springs, and not the lower ball joints?
