Default obd1 to obd0?

i recently was given a 91 hatch back std( i think....4speed) i recently fabb'd some crx's seats into it.... anyway it has over 250k miles on original engine so i wanted to replace it with something with fewer miles...my friend is going to give me a 1.5 out of his 93 delsol....my question is this.. i know i have to swap the alt., dis., starter, but what about the intake manifold? do i only have to swap them or is there more to it? the stock 1.5 in the h/b is dpfi and i know that the 93 delsol 1.5 is the mpfi system thanks for the help ahead of time thanks

i think you are confusing yourself. alright, if you were to put a mpfi engine in you will need to convert dpfi to mpfi; look at the faq section at the top of this forum. it has a lot of stuff on it. also, since the engine is 93 you will need to convert to obd1. look up blown90hatch he makes conversion harness's and will save you a lot of time. is this engine he is giving you a complete swap? im not sure why you would need to swap all those things if it was a complete swap.

you can use your DPFI manifold on the motor from the 93, but your car will still be slow after you do. you already know you have to use the obd0 distributor.
