Default CRXsi in storage seems out of gas.

I've got a 88 CRXsi for sale that hasn't been started in a month. The Battery is fine. But it was low on gas before storage and now SEEMS out of gas. (evaporation?)
I poured a gallon in but no dice. The starter just cranks and cranks without firing up the motor. Is there a priming procedure that could help? It's fuel injected of course.
Thanks

Is the fuel pump turning on? If it is you will hear a slight hum from under the rear storage compartment. If not I'd bet that the main relay is to blame. Make sure you are getting spark as well. BTW if you cant hear the fuel pump try starting the car and while its cracking crack the small bolt on the fuel filter, if no fuel comes out then you know the fuel pump or main relay is to blame. hth

Thanks. No, I don't hear a thing with the key on, until it's in cranking position. I may try the small fuel filter bolt check. Will fuel spew all over? What kind of pressure is it under, normally?

If its at spec. it should be about 35-40psi. You should have a rag wrapped around to catch the spray.

Make sure to cover up the bolt when you go to loosen it. If you arent hearing anything when you switch the ign on then i'd be about 100% sure its the main relay.

It was in there for a month ? Are you sure there was nothing else in the tank ? There could be water in the tank.
