PY ITR on 117th, Bellevue Way SE in WA
I work at GoodYear Tire (I don't bring the R to work so don't try thieves 
)
I always see the same PY ITR pass by, maybe once or twice a week. The car has black wheels, red lugs or calipers (somethings red), black front lip (not sure what kind).
Just wondering if your on H-T. Asian driver is that makes a difference. He has his window down when he drives

it's the py with the jdm front-end right? yuki (JDM TypeR 508) was telling me that's jason. we're all planning on meeting up over spring break.
