Default Which lube to use on new Crower cams?

I'm installing new Crower cams this Saturday. The tube of lube that they came with looks too small to me so I went out and got a larger tube of CRC assembly lube as shown.

Does anyone think that I should stick with the tube that the Crowers came with? Right now I'm leaning towards the CRC Assembly Lube but I just thought that I would check with others who have more experience than me.

I like that black snotty moly stuff. I used to use it all the time until I couldn't find it anymore.

oh yeah...that small bottle will probably be enough. You could put together 20 engines with that one bottle if it's as big as I think it is.

How many oz's are in the little bottle?
