Did somebody say Golf? I got 2 starting times next week at Eagle Glen!

Anyway.

I dyno'd 25 cars today. 8 AM- 10 PM i was there, dynoing.

Im done. Wake me in 12 hours.

Biggest HP car was a 13 PSI Integra GS-R, hitting like 277WHP.
Best all motor was a CRV/VTEC with stock B16A head. Like 183 WHP?
A ton of ITR's. One with 128 Hp at the wheels. Amazing how many HP cat's can take when they are messed up.

Fixed a few problems, helped some people, but mostly baselines.

Anyway...I wake up to hit 300 yard drives tommorrow. My only day off.

Eagle Glen...heaven.

Thank you to everyone that came over. Nice to meet you. Thank you Ryan, for making it happen. I needed the boost, I just opened and needed the help.

Everyone was nice, and several Honda-tech members where there.

And no...Nobody hit me over the head with some Toda cams...

LOL

Jeff

Thanks for the dyno session Jeff, it was nice to meet you. My engine is stock save for my AEM CAI. The results were HP= 148 and TQ= 111.6, but my question Jeff was that I noticed you stopped at 7800 rpm on my run while on MintyDip's chart you took it to 8100 or so. Will this affect my HP/TQ numbers by anything?

Most people said that my numbers were decent for a GSR, am I where I should be?

Kanji, if you look at MintyDips graph, I hit the rev limiter.

And you get that "spike" at the end.

The perfect chart is one where I hit the button to stop, just before the rev limiter, so that "spike" does not show up.

YOu peak earlier than 7800. So, it just looks clean, with no spikes. it does not affect your Peak HP or Torque at all. YOur peak torque is probably around 4500, and your perak HP is probably around 7500.

Before you get a dyno tune, change the plugs and motor oil if you haven't done it in a while. I'm surprised the high flow cat didn't do anything.

Thanks for coming out, Guys. We only had 2 flakers which was nice. Now that we`ve got 2 under our belt, a Dyno Day should happen once a month.

Jeff, I`ll see you next weekend. If Randy (red eg) drops off his car, I`l giving him a ride home. Thanks for your hard work!
Also, maybe you can give these guys a few tips re: getting your car ready to Dyno. Change plugs, clean filter, etc etc etc

I don't have a scanner, but my here are my numbers

1st pull
max whp 155.5
max torque 107.4

2nd pull
max whp 159.1
max torque 112.3

I guess I have a weak motor , I think this is one of the lowest whp that 've heard of for an R. I don't know if it really matters, but I was a little low on oil and I just previously took out my intake and didn't reset the ecu. That would be cool if there would be a dyno day once a month that way I could see the difference when I install my flywheel/clutch and final drive.

Hey Jeff,

I noticed that there were a couple of body shops in the area. Do you know if they are any good? I need to repaint my R and get rid of all of the rock chips on my car.
