stick to the apc coilvers, you can pick up a set at the local pep boys for $150. best suspension for your money. this is a great suspension if you want to make a drag car.

I have the opposite, very bouncy on the street, but when pushing they are very nice. I have to say the quality is awesome, they have been on the car for around 4 or more years and still look new.

They are really stiff! Make sure if you get these coilovers that you get struts/shocks that can support the spring rate.

i recommend just saving up and getting true coilovers like some tien's, itll be worth it in the long run i think. i have ran skunk2 coilovers with kyb agx's... i had the agx's set as stiff as they would go.. still a pretty nice ride but then again thats the way i like my ride, stiff

Does anyone know where i can get those support beams that go in the trunk or the rear of the car (not talking about strut bars or tie bars or the pillar bar)? i dont remember what they are called but i heard they really improve your handling.

Go with Ground Control, they are of better quality. Eibach makes the springs for Ground Control and you can order them with whatever spring rates you desire.

thats the setup i have in mind.

Im either going to go with skunk2 coilover and agx, or the ground controls with agx. i think im leaning towards the ground controls.

Keep em coming.

i had the skunk2's on my 90 ls with Stock ITR shocks and the ride was nice, much better than the progress springs and agx's that i have now, im actually looking for another set of skunk 2's for my current car.

as far as ride the car was stiff, but not bouncy, when you push the car it handled well and the car was predictable, just for regular driving they were stiff but comfortable.

If you want a stiff ride you need high spring rate springs like the skunk2s -- they're around 450f/350r. They are a bit bouncy on shitty roads with the stock shocks, (I have them set up like that) but to remove the bounciness you just need aftermarket shocks. I plan to get koni yellows and turn up the dampening quite a bit.

Because they are so stiff they make the car very responsive and almost eliminate body roll around corners. I noticed a huge difference when I put mine on.

gotta remember it also depends on shocks and **** too . i have em on my R and i absolutely love them . they are still on stock shocks too. They are just perfect stiffness. and my car handles like its on rails.
