Default indiglo gauges

im very new at this. i just bought indiglo guages and i was wondering if they are easy to put in and out and if the oem guages would still be able to work if i needed to take out the guages again. i would also like to know how to put these guages in someone plz help.

no i wouldent do it yourself..they are very dellicated and shoulde be done by someone who knows what their doing.

thats cool.... but could u tell me how to? i might just get my friend at the dealership to do it for me.. but i honestly dont wanna ask i just wanna see if ic an do this myself :-D nothing like tinkering im getting my new 94 gs-r later this year n e ways

They are really very easy to install. you just need a volt tester so that you know which wires to slice into. just be careful and take your time. I installed my indiglos, 3 autometer guages and a monster tach by my self and i dont know that much about electronics. Good Luck and if you have more ?'s post back.

installing the indglows are not an easy task. if you dont have a steady and artistic hand, it will take some time. also DO NOT remove the needles, or else youre *ucked.

its a DIY project.. can be done in about 15 mins
and they do get annoying after a while, so i just run the lights with it dimed all the way down.

yea installing them isn't a problem at all, but make sure you have the dual color ones because i bought the single color ones and ended up burning four fuses... was a pain in the ***..

The easy way to do it is to run the power wire to the taillight fuse on your fuse box. This is how I did it on my gsr and on a civic , both worked fine for a long time. Also like this they come on and off with your head lights like your stock gauges do.
