Suspension is the same.

I had a custom exhaust welded up. Not much more expensive than an out-of-the-box brand name exhaust.

I hear that the portion of pipe that the muffler muffler is on all the way back to the tailpipe back is the same as a hatch, but don't quote me on it.

Custom exhaust is the way to go to get a perfect fitment. You can get by with usuin a HB exhaust section...as it is very similar to the sedan. Suspension is the same as well...

manhonda sells a tenzo pipe for the civic/crx. its not for the 4 door, but i had a longer exhaust tip welded onto it, and the tip came right to bumper line. looked kinda stealthy, and all the hangers etc lined up fine. just another option i guess, just make sure you know someone that can weld stainless if you decide to go this route.
