Default CRX B16A Swap, Axle Clearance??

When I change my my axles to ones from a 90-93 Integra on my 88crx, I need the intermediate shaft of the integra too right? Also will it be too short, too long, and what do I do to fix this?

I removed the dust caps on the hubs and have no problems yet. Not too loose and not too tight.
