Default Idle blimp when brakes applied

Well, theres only 2 things that I can think of, thats why Im here, so see if theres another reason that this could be caused. When i apply the brakes, my idle goes from 1k to around 700 or 800.

I figured a vaccume leak somewhere in the brakes or a bad alternator?

its because of the brake booster. they have power assisted brakes and where do you think that power comes from?

check the vac lines to the brake booster.. I think this is normal for the cars though.. your idle is kinda high S/b around 750rpm fully warmed.

brake booster is bad if the idle raises when the brakes are applied and stays there.
