i got an 88 dx 5spd with si tranny, si cam, mpfi, rigjob intake, and magnaflow muffler. i like my setup right now considering i just had a 91 dx crx automatic. my goal is to break into 15's. the 88 is light, 1967lbs stock, but i have si rear brakes, si rear sway, and front integra sway, so its a little heavier, basically it was setup for auto x. im not trying to gut it out or anything like that, but i was wondering if u guys know any little mods to get a little more performance. im looking into finding 88-89 integra header, if not an aftermarket header, and maybe a highflow cat since i just passed inspection. so what else can i do before i hit the track, i live 3 miles from Atco raceway in NJ, so yea. down the line, i want to do a full z6 swap if my car doesnt rust to the ground, thats another project in itself.
and yea, ive heard of stock si's breaking 15's, so i think i can do it, i have azenis on 88 si rims too. and yes, alot is driving, which is something i love improving, so any mods under the hood, tweaking, thanks
