Raspy exhaust noise

anyone know if the jdm 2.5" cats on a custom 2.5" exhaust will cause a raspy noice at low rpm's...mines makin that noice at low rpms but ceases at high rpms to a deep low tone.

anyone have any experience with this?

Might think about welding in a resinator piece in your exhaust. Are there any btw?
