clutch popped out in 3rd.....

Default clutch popped out in 3rd.....
hey whatsup,
well, i was driving home and pushing the car, shifting from 2nd to 3rd..my clutch popped outa 3rd while i was gasing it..... the clutch still engages pretty hard, (only 36k), now my guess is that i didnt shift it in all the way, any confirmation?
