I wouldn't consider a 98+ front end a real attraction for thieves. They are more in the market for cars with Swaps/Turbo kits/ expensive wheels/Jdm fronts, ect....

$350 sounds like a good deal, I would jump on it if i was you.

it's not worth it, '94-97 bumpers are better than '98+. keep your money. but if you DO buy it, sell me your 95 bumper, I could use another

How are they better? If you're talking about looks, then of course it's your own opinion, but it's all the same plastic material.

Me, along with most people here, think the 98+ bumpers look much better. Plus there are more options with lips, etc.

I am not speaking for him but IMO everyone and their brother has or is going to do a 98+ swap. Therefor the more 98+ there are the more rare our 94-97 will be

Ya, that pic of the 94-97 front end does look good. Don't get me wrong tho...I'd trade my 97's front end for a 98+ in a heartbeat

I just think that the lines of the 98+ look more aggresive, when I look at the rounded lines of the 94-97, it looks kinda bubbly.

But, just as everyone says, too each his own

if they want your car it doesnt matter what front end you have on , there is still a gsr swap in it . if you have a 98 conversion its just something else for them to take off of the car . just make sure you have good insurance

IMO the 94-97 front end only looks good if you have the fogs w/ the Sir-g lip . id pick a 98 front end over a stock 97 front end anyday

I personally have passed up a 98 conversion for 450. I prefer the more chiseled, less "bubbly, roundy" look of the 94-97. The only thing I dont like about the 94-97 front end is the line that goes across the middle of the air dam. So guess what; I cut it off! For a good example of a 94-97 front end with out the middle plastic bar, check out the cover of this month's honda tuning. sick sh*t

Anyway I do realize that this is my opnion, and everyone is entitled to their own opinion, so there isn't a "better" one. Also, a thief wont try to steal your car for the front end, he will steal it for the engine most likely. But dont base what you want to do on thieves, just make sure that whatever you decide, you protect your investment

I'm 100% in the 94-97 camp.

On another note, how old is that kid? 12?
