Been covered many times...i bought the ES kit last month and installed after weeks of searching and reading threads.

Basically the same material (urethane), just that the ES kit calls for the intaller using the stock hardware in some locations.

The Prothane kit provides all new hardware...this is especially evident in the trailing arm bushings. That is why Prothane trailing arm bushings are ~100 but my ES trailing arm kit cost $27.

I think you'll end up with the same result but the Prothanes are a little easier to use.

I'm sure people will argue against what i just said but this is everything i learned and i pulled up every thread on "bushings" "bushing install" "engergy bushings" "prothane" etc...

I got my whole master ES kit and trailing arms for like $127 shipped from Lightningmotorsports.com (i think). Check them out.

I just completed the ES master bushing set and trailing arms on my CRX. The quality of ES is very good but the directions are pretty bad. Its alot of work but well worth it.

Lol yeah they are worth it...i'm still getting used to the sound of going over small road inperfections and such. Feels like i'm driving through the woods over rocks and small saplings!

I used energy and am vary happy with them.
Just so you know if you want a "full kit" you will need to buy a couple of prothane bushings since energy does not make the rear upper arms or compensator arms.
If you understand your suspension you dont need the instructions, but the energy ones wernt to great, mostly words.

Follow this link: http://overboost.com/story.asp?id=426

Scroll down half the page and DO WHAT IT SAYS... INSTALL GREASE FITTINGS!!!

The bushings will quickly lose their grease (within one year) and after that they will squeak and bind. A binding bushing can easily upset the balance of your car on a race track.

Aside from installing ES bushings, the grease fittings for them is the best mod I have!
