At first, i wanted to do some small things, like....an exhaust, and header and rims and tires....but then i was thinking, with all that money, i can just save up and buy a new complete engine that will be overall faster. What would You guys do? if you were in my position. my car is a... 90' Integra GS... stock....

the XSI motor, or the SIR2....same power but the xsi is cheaper, but i think its a OBD1... so will it work? some help would be great. thanks.
