Default B18a block

I recently purchased a B18a block off of ebay, it came with the block of course, 4 brand new stock pistons, 3 wrist pins, and the stock crank. I'm wondering what rods I should go with if I'm going to do an LS/VTEC. Also should I just go ahead and and get aftermarket pistons too?

Default b18a distributor

Can you run a b18a/OBD-0 distributor on a b18b head?

How good are stock (also new) B18a pistons on a turbo setup with low boost (10-12 psi)?
