woah; don't clean em yourself man.
It's suggested to get em blanced and flowtested and then cleaned - oh, and by a licenced professional.
Look in your yellowpages to see if you have any fuel-injector places; they can do all kinds of vehicle fuel managements.
It should be about 15-20 bucks per injector.
The process take's about an hour and you'll get it back with a spread sheet of how many CCs and ohms.
If they're stock you want them to be around 240cc (mine was 249) and about 17ohms(I am pretty sure)

Get the STP in the ORANGE bottle
! If you completely emptied your tank you may have sent some rust into your lines. Yes, rust can end up in the fuel tank. Run that **** in the ORANGE bottle through a couple tankfuls of 93 octane and you should be good to go.

you can always buy a fuel injector screen kit from the parts store too.
might have some debris on the inlet screens. kit comes with new o-rings and screens. pop the injectors out, use tweesers to pull out the old screen and then put the new one in and swap the o-rings.
good to go.
