HELP ME !! lost all pick up

HELP ME !! lost all pick up
I just bought a 95 ex w/ 80k and three days after i take it of the lot the speedometer started to bounce then went to zero. not only that but the
car seems to have lost its pick up . like something is wrong wtih the vtec possibly also the cruise control went at the same time any help would be th shizzzzzzniiiiiiit.
oh yea the car is an automatic.

check your speed sensor,
vacuum leaks,
air filter,
leaking egr,
fuel pump,leaking head gasket,
worn belts?,
shaft lobes worn out?
thats a check list for a jumping idle...
