Ok, I have not been able to look inside of a USDM Cluster for an RSX, so I don't know the answer to my question. I want to put the JDM cluster in, but is there a way to just swap the odometer from my USDM cluster onto the JDM cluster? Like, does the odometer unscrew from the cluster?
I don't think you can take out just the odometer from the cluster. On the other hand, the mileage for the car is stored in the ECU, so there's no real need to swap odometers.
Hope this helps.

Traditionally, it has been. But with the upgrade of the RSX/Civics the odometer is displayed digitally and the ECU keeps track of how many miles are on the car.

So the JDM cluster will read miles on the odometer but KPH on the speedometer? Well, only one way to find out is stick my JDM cluster in.
With the 2001 Civic, if you switch out odometers, the reading displays the mileage from the cluster. (IE: You have 20,000 miles, swap in a cluster from a car that has 3,000 miles, and in your cluster it will show 3,000 miles.)
