ZC SWAP Cant shut hood

Default ZC SWAP Cant shut hood

Hey i just droped in a DOCH ZC in my 91 HF CRX and the cover over the cam gears hits the hood i dont what to take it off cuz i got it cut and it looks great tell me what yall did.

Just take the plastic cam cover off or cut the webbing on your hood.

yea either get a zc hood or cut part of the frame from underneath the hood

don't mangle the hood. add washers to the driver's side motor mount to lower the engine. That's what i did when i had an ef w/ a zc swap & it worked well. It's safer to keep the timing belt cover on & why would you want to cut something if you don't have to?

dont cut your hood,dont take off you cam gear cover..(not safe) just put 1/8 inch washers under the motor mount and itll work thats what i did
