Default idle problems after turbo install

for those out there whose preludes are boosted, after the turbo install did anyone have idle problems? My car will barely stay running. I have a hondata S200B with a base map so thats taken care of. As far as i can tell its in the vacuum lines and not with the managment. I am going to idle it up tonight and see if that will fix it, but i was just curious if anyone else had to do this as well??

Base maps suck a$$, get it tuned I'd guess that's the problem.......how big are your injectors, and what injectors is the base map supposed to be for?

I have the same problem with my basemap with my h23..I have the older 2b. My idle is kinda ok.. but otherwise it runs really really rich to the point where it's hesitaiting. it's like it's flooding my engine above 2k.

Can anybody provide me with a decent basemap so i can drive to my tuner?? i have over a 5 hour drive and i don't think this basemap will be good enough to get me there.

I have walbro in tank and 550cc injectors. and a p74 ecu.

or can anybody point me in the right direction where someone can provide me with another map??

My friend has a pocket programmer and rom editor software so all i really need is a decent bin file.

Thanks.

Interestingly enough same thing happened to me, before the install the car idled perfectly, but after it just went up and down and up and down. It finally went away when I cleaned it with TB cleaner, maybe you should give that a shot.

i have DSM 450 injectors and thats what the base map is programed for. The only way i can get the car to idle some what normal is to "T" off one of the vacuum lines off of my intake mani, and leave one side of the T completly open to let in air to the intake manifold. If i close it, then the car chokes out and dies. Does that make sense? I will try to get a pic up.
