i think it may be a little larger, but i think it will just be better. your inlet and outlet
on your cat are small. the inlet and outlet on the resonator are the same size as your piping. your cat seems to have more empty space to fill also....know what i mean?

this resonator should be a perfect fit to replace your cat i think.
