FS: 94 Integra w/ Fully built Turbo B18c GSR Motor---7k obo OHIO

I listed this car once before for 8k and decided to keep it. I am still in financial problems and need to get rid of the project I could not finish. So now I am letting my baby go for 7k. I will also list this car on ebay at the same time. Here are the specs. Basically, obtaining the engine, building it, and all the labor costs on it cost me around 7k...My loss is your gain...This car is a 94 and the paint shows signs of wearand would probably could use a paintjob for someone to look to win a best in show look. I had the side skirts painted Black to match the car, but they have started to chip off. Interior is in good shape as I had it detailed periodically. I am only the 2nd owner of this car and have all the maintenance records from when she was a new car including original sticker. If she does not sell by next week I will be forced to trade her in at a dealership for a more practical, family car

173k miles on Body
ENGINE: ONLY 1,000 miles on ENGINE
Specs:
Ported & polished head, Type R springs & retainers,
5 angle valve job, new valve guides, new valve seals,
new NGK platinum plugs
JG Edelbrock 60mm throttle body,
Skunk 2 intake manifold.
The block has been bored and honed thirty thousands
and has a Nuformz block guard, CP pistons (9:1 compression ratio),
Eagle H-beam rods, all new bearings, new water pump, new timing belt,
new Type R oil pump, all new gaskets, and new copper head gasket.
The transmission has all new gears, new syncros, new rods, and a Clutch
Masters flywheel.
ACT 6 puck Clutch

MISC:
S2k Antenae
Rear Wiper is removed and pluged, but car comes with it
Interior is in good shape minus a couple of little holes by the sunroof.
Needs Valve Adjustment
High idle @ times due to vacum leak
Moisture in Driverside Headlight...just needs some sealant
Please remember that this car was built for turbo, so without turbo its low end is almost non-existant (atleast it feels that way) lol
Just needs the boost to be running in the 11's/12's

I have all of these parts that can be inlcuded for extra money...if not I will sell them seperatly!
