there bassically the same. S2 will bolt on directly.....the ITR manifold needs modifications to fit the GS-R head.

also the S2 manifold is slightly ported/extrude honed or somthingand that will help increase air flow. it's very little from what i hear and there isnt much diffrence between the two. i would go for the S2 because it's less hassel then trying to make the ITR one fit.

If you have the GSR, get the Skunk2 one. At least you can bolt it right on without any mods. Both Skunk2 and ITR should give similar power gain.

Does anyone know if the ITR itm will bolt up directly to a Integra GS. Do you have to modify it to fit?

The ITR plus modification will still be less than the S2. However, $175 is probably used, so I suggest S2. If not - ITR.

Get the skunk...it's pretty messy when modifying the flanges on the ITr manifold. You wouldn;t want to mess around with the coolant passages and such... leaking coolant and overheating sucks big time

I don't trust any shops in south Florida. Do yourself a favor and stay away from John Brown. If your GSR is still under warranty adding a skunk 2 manifold may void your engine warranty. The only mods that are acceptable are intake header and exhaust. Once you start doing other stuff, and you have a problem the service advisor will know you are racing and will not fix what ever is broke. There are reputable people up here in Orlando.

The S2 manifold isn't extrude honed from the factory... The s2 manifold has a slightly bigger plenum and extended runners compared to the itr.

Hey FAST94, I thought you and John Brown were attached at the hip. What happened?

Also, I resent that remark about none of the shops in south FL.

Please tell me what you have heard or found wrong with Naples Acura, Topspeed Performance or other south FL places.

Come on man

i live in Boca...i'll install it for $50, and it will not void your warranty.

Dude,

John Brown is old news, he fucked me over just like he did so many others. That is old news. Anyways, when I think of south Florida, I think of Boca, Miami, Ft Lauderdale, etc not Naples. This guy said he is in the Boca Raton area. I consider Naples SOUTHWEST Florida. Topspeed and Naples Acura I'm not familiar with. For the record I've heard nothing bad about them. I just know of the shops in the south Florida area, which I consider Miami, Ft Lauderdale,Boca etc..They charge way too much and do shoddy work.

Chill out Mike.

How did he **** me, hmm. without going into great detail lets say this. He charged me an exhorbitant amount of money to do the work. I'm not going to devulge the amount but let me tell you, it was a lot. I trusted him cause he made me a promise that the engine would hit a certain hp number and run a certain time in the quarter.

My original problem was that my car was seriously consuming oil. He was gonna RESLEEVE the block and build the bottom end, give a mac daddy p&P head, etc

He said this car would do 13.5'easy and make 195 to the wheels.

When I got back the car, the car felt like a stock GSR. It had no power. I added some more components and spend EVEN MORE money to make this car run the way it should. He quoted dyno time in the amount that I originally paid. I literally had to call that fugger day and night for weeks before I heard from him. He was clearly avoiding me. The salesman Doug Foss who quoted me wasn't returning my calls either. Lets just say I got his *** fired.

After the motor was broken in I was only dynoeing like 160 to the wheels. I was livid. He simply made excuses as to why I wasn't making the power.

A few weeks later I notice that my oil consumption is goin up, just like the way it was. From driving from Miami to Orlando my dipstick went dry!!! I called his *** repeatedly, no return calls. I had to call the top dog General Manager before I got a response from him.

When I explained what had transpired and what Jon had promised me, he asked Jon and that piece of **** denied everything he promised me. He said that He didn't promise me anything at all.. I was two steps from calling customer service for Honda in Japan . I was determined to get satisfaction. Finally they invite me to come down. BTW this is BRAMAN HONDA dont' go there..

The car was still burning oil and John said he supposedly did a leakdown test, and compression test and said he found nothing wrong. I was like so where the hell is the oil going. His explanation was that the pcv valve was putting negative pressure on the rings and that was what pulling the oil past the rings hence me burning oil. I was like whatever. WE finally got my car to make the power it should made thanks to me spending almost another, 1500 bucks.

Well the oil problem never went away. All he did he was rering the pistons I already had. The block was already overbored 20 over. He went with 25 over...

The car was never fixed it was patched up. I trusted this guy and he really screwed. So **** John Brown. I'm done with him.

There's probably more to this story but I'm getting angry again just thinking bout it.

Mike lets compare horror stories. This guy is infamous for ******* over people.

I bought cams, a s2 manifold, a s2 ecu etc to bring this car up to the power level that it should have made int he first place.
