Cops suck in So.Cal. here they are way chill.

 

yeah they hella suck here.. too many people street race. alot of friends got caught, so now theyre legit. due to budget cuts and it being the end of the month, cops tryin to meet quota and get more tickets to get money.. there is literally 2 cops or 3 in every square mile
