whats that thing i the middle? is that the stock reinforcement plate from integras?? will that work on my civic?? also will it work with 22mm type r rear swaybar and not rip the subframe?? or even a st 19mm bar?

 

thats just the d bracket to mount the sway bar. they're only good with all the small sway bars (12-14mm). anything bigger will eventually tear up your subframe

 

That's where it bolts to your subframe.

I would not go 19mm or 22mm without using a subframe reinforcement kit.
