Default 97 Civic HB upgrade path: Suspension or motor?

I just bought a 97 honda civic hb and I was wondering what the best upgrade path would be.

I can't make up my mind whether I should upgrade the suspension or the motor first. On one hand, I would like to upgrade the suspension first to make sure my car can handle the power it will be putting down ... but ... I'm also itchy to get my car going faster (with a B or K series motor) as soon as possible regardless of the suspension setup.

I don't plan on doing any track events anytime soon or at least before my suspension AND motor both have been upgraded. I only plan on doing daily driving so I think either way would be fine but I would like some opinions to make sure I don't go down the wrong path first.

P.S. I spent 30 minutes searching but found nothing specific to what I'm requesting.

Thanks in advance!

Spoon Shift ****
15" Flat Black Rota Slip Streams
Recaro SRD Driver Seat
Momo Competition Detachable Steering Wheel
Front & Rear SKUNK2 upper Strut bars
SKUNK2 Rear Lower Tie Bar
CTR 26mm Front Sway bar
USDM ITR 22mm Rear Sway bar
Spoon Cam Gears
Crower Stage 1 Cams
Tanabe Race Medallion Exhaust
B20B Block w/1st Gen B16 Vtec Head
B16 Intake Manifold
Ericks Racing 68mm TB
C's Short Throw Shifter
Zenki Lug Nuts From HeelToeauto
JDM OEM Vent Tray
Spoon CF Spoiler
And thats all I can remember so far.

Well since you want to go fast and handling doesnt seem that important to you at the moment i would suggest a motor swap first before you tackle any suspension

I actually did my suspension first because power is nothing w/o control. (Control meaning Handling) But thats just my theory. LOL.

suspension first... cuz.. it's dangerous if ur suspension can't handle the power that you're going to put in it....
