want a major brake up-grade
I have a 1997 F22B Accord EX wagon. Would any brake system available for the 1997 Accord EX 4dr. Sedan be a straight bolt-on for the wagon ?.
and does the same go for suspension, for that matter ?

Just get better pads, thats all you need, trust me.. Those huge bling bling rotors you see by AEM won't do ****.. Brakeing is totally dependent on your tires.. If your using street tires, then a set of Hawk HPS pads will be great for you..
I believe that I do need to replace the rotors, and was looking at the Stillen POWER STOP with their pads. I find that for some reason, the stock rotors leave much to be desired and in which case I thought of replacing rhem with "Big Rorors". Any advice would be appreciated.
Any ideas on my plan to lower the wagon.......... Eibach SPORT LINE = 1.2" front and back with KYB shocks ????.

Slotted/Crossdrilled or whatever rotors do NOTHING to help you stop faster, believe me.. They will, in reality, not stop as well do to less contact surface for the pads, and your pad will wear faster..
Rotors don't do much of anything as far as your braking performance, they only need replaced if they are warped (steering wheel is shaking under braking) or if they have cracks all they way threw them, or, of course if they have gotten to thin.. You don't need to replace them because you car doesn't stop fast enough, that is in your pads and tires, and how fresh your fluid is and that there are no air bubbles in the lines!
Like I said, you don't need to do this.. Get a set of REAL high performance pads and you will be surprised.. All that other big brake kit, slotted/crossdrilled rotors is on the market for is the riceboys, who think that stuff will get them better braking.. Its for looks, thats it.
Check out http://www.carbotecheng.com and give them a call.. They will set you up with a pad you need, and trust me, the pads you get will throw you out the window! Any more questions, let me know..
By the way, that suspension setup will be good.. Modest and practical
Edit: And if you do need to replace your rotors, http://www.collettimotorsports.com will give you the best deal, and you will probably only need to replace the fronts.. Just get plain, OEM replacement BREMBO rotors

Do not change your rotors/calipers for other parts. Your Accord wagon has the best brakes of any Accord made. Us sedan/coupe guys want your brakes. Just like Corey says, get a set of good pads and a set of Brembo blank (NOT slotted or cross drilled) OE replacement rotors from Coletti. Make no mistake about it this is the best brake setup you could have.
