Greddy titanium exhaust
it's a 2 piecebtw...
"Some GReddy Titanium Exhaust do not meet 95dB(a) max sound level. Standard GReddy Exhaust Warrenty does not apply to GReddy Racing Full Titanium Systems. "

Read the model-specific text rather than looking at the generic [obviously not an integra exhaust] picture. It's a 3-piece exhaust. They couldn't ship it via UPS if it weren't.

looks pretty good to me
If I was getting it, I would probably add a resonator to quiet it down.
Ti might cost too much though.
Greddy stuff is nice - I just installed some gauges that I'm very happy with...

Read closer.
Looks like its going to be about as loud as a Buddy Club Spec 3... not horrible, but nothing i'd buy.

if it's 3 piece even worse...

the only titanium exhaust i'd buy is the 1 piece Amuse anyway

Ti = lightweight.
Will be Loud. The pic shown for the Dc2 is not the pic of the system that will go on the car, not unless it will go under axle.
<----- Interested to see installed and released.

If so, i need to adjust my screen.

I meant a true Ti exhaust (ala Amuse or ARC) would be several pieces cobbled (welded) together, not one continuous mandrel bent piece.

Maybe because Titanium is a difficult material to work with, so it's easier to weld together several small pieces rather than making one piece with several mandrel bends?

STOCK Type R exhaust at WOT is louder than 95dB. More like 100 and change (measured at tip level 15 feet away).

Sigh....
Mandrel benders are a good thing.
Continuous bend = GOOD
Cobbled together = CRAP
It amazes me how a product can't be "real" because the company has the technology to fabricate it like it should be done.

Depends on where its being measured from.... some sound meters at the track are trackside, others are further away.

Which is why I included where/how I measured it
I doubt Greddy has provided that information on their website.
BTW - What does Johnny Law say about SPL on aftermarket exhausts? I seriously doubt they care around here, with the number of straight-piped pick-ups and Harleys I see. What's the law in Cali, WRT where the measurement takes place?
