yeah the jdm dc 4-1 is a 'race header' LOL
That sucks eh.. hahah it hits your linkage.
I have a 4-1 header with 2.5" collector as well and no linkage hitting here.
To a cut and re-welded Teg shift linkage

i would never call the dc jdm 4-1 header a race header..... im just wondering if there is any mount kits out there that dont angle the motor so far forward that the header angles up almost 45 degrees

?? 45 degrees, do you even know how much that is? So your intake manifold must be though the hood if your engine is sitting at 45 degreese too much from stock?

ok i over exaggerated its still a shitload.... enough to where the header will not fit.... ANYWAYS MY DAMN QUESTION is there a MOUNT KIT on the MARKET that will have the header sit stright..... so stop giving me a damn hard time.... if you wanna give me a hard time and not answer my question get the hell outta my thread
sorry man
Alright what is outa place here? How does the oil pan sit? Level? If its level than you dont want to fix the header problem by tipping the engine backwards.

it looks like it leans a little forward... i noticed that on a hasport kit that was on that CRX for 13k.... the header looked pretty stright.... im just worried about modding my 1000 dollar header...
My hasport mount kit made it so that my JG header wont fit.
However I hope to receive my jimfab crossmember soon which will hopefully fix this situation.

I dont think he wants to do this.
I suggest getting a new mount kit from hasport, they changed it a while back and I think that was one thing that they fixed

yes! does anyone have pictures? i also noticed with this kit the axles angle forward about 3 to 4 inches no problems as of yet.... but im worried after im done with everything
i did have a problem with, my dc jdm 4-1 header hitting my jimfab bar. going from a set of hcp mounts, to the hasport mounts i noticed that the hasport mounts do raide and tilt the engine forward more than the hcp mounts. i had to go back to my hcp mount kit, becuse i was not going to take off my jimfab bar! if it's a mount kit that you need, to keep the engine as leveled as posible get an hcp mount kit. good luck
