Default What grade of oil should I use?

I know this have probably been asked a million times. But I can't seem to find anything. I've been told differnet things. For a BONE STOCK K series engine. And if it's gonna be daily driven and autocrossing once a month. What grade of oil I should use? I've heard that 5w20 would work very well. And also 10w40?? That's a big jump. Someone help me please!!!

Thanks!!!

I would use 10w 30, thats what i have ran for years in regular civics and in supercharged ones. Never a problem. I havn't heard anything on the K series motor being diff, and i don't know why it would be.
