Default A/c tensioner pulley keep getting loose?

My a/c belt keeps on always getting loose, everytime i tighten the tensioner bolt, about a few weeks later it gets loose again. Is there a nut I may be missing that keeps the bolt from turning? Here is a pic

from the looks of the pic you are missing the 14mm nut and washer that goes right there on the right.. there is a stud that sticks through the middle of the pulley, that needs to tightened for it to stay, you cant just simply tighten the adjusten nut for it to stay

I see what you are talking about, but the picture makes it look like that 14mm bolt and washer are missing. They are on there.

I am talking about that long bolt on the left, is there supposed to be a nut under that threaded housing that keeps the long bolt from unscrewing itself over time?
