I have just changed the fuel pressure regulator to an adjustable one. It helped out a little with the lacking of power in first, but it still isn't right. I don't know what do know anymore. I need some help with this. There just isn't enough power in first to move off with out stumbling.

The car idles fine and runs fine, it's just moving off in first has a bad hesitation up to 3,000 RPM. I can't even peel out in first. I could do this will my 95 accord, just not this one. Any suggestions will help please.

check timing belt and ignition timing. it may be off and cuasing the cylinder to misfire. its prolly an air problem however.
