Top Speed Limiter on the PR3
Does 115 sound right?? I'm wondering if anyone knows the user that sells the Mugen/Spoon/Field's chips? Thanks.

lol... It's the wheels. I should have said 14s. Plus, my speedometer is off by at least 5 mph. (I got the GPS tracker out to take an accurate read on it once... 3-5 mph across the board).

yea..raced my bud 98' GSR..killed him from 60 mph 3rd gear roll in my rex. Thats when i learned my car cuts off 120ish, it gets a big whiplash like i downshifted to 1st or some ****..i was like ok?
