shifting probs

Default shifting probs

cant put it into 2nd at high revs. whats wrong. changed transmission fluid, that didnt do anygood. clutch is high but i dont think that is the problem. my 3rd and 4th grind. should i try to fix/replace the tranny or just deal with it til i get my motor?

sounds like synrcos, get some gm syncromesh from a chevy dealer, fixed my grinds. 3 quarts = $27

try the synchromesh, but it's probably too late. Changing fluid is a lot cheaper and less of a pain than changing synchros though.

as bad as it may seem man jus get a new tranny...ive had my gsr tranny rebuilt twice...redline at 9k an shifting hard...wouldnt trust another rebuild ..for the money u pay to rebuild them jus get a new one.....
