ok i have tein hr's on my R, and the first few times i adjusted them i had no trouble...i went and tried to adjust them the other day and all four are seized in the position they're at...i've sprayed wd40 on them and tried and i've cleaned out all the grime and rocks and things of that nature and tried still with no success.

This weekend we put a new suspension on a friend's car.
A perch on one of the dampers had seized, so we used a dremel to cut the perch twice, one directly opposite the other on the circular perch. From there they seized perch came off after some playing around.
It is important to antiseize the threaded body and do some regular maintenance to make sure the perches don't seize.....
