mini me swap // 1.5 liter 92 civic dx

mini me swap // 1.5 liter 92 civic dx
i have a 92 civic dx 4 dr with the stock 1.5 liter non-vtec motor. i want to do a 1.6 liter d16 head swap using a 92 - 95 civic ex motor.
Questions: is a 92 - 95 civic ex motor the d16z6? and can i put this head on the dx 1.5 motor? besides engine work, will i need to wire anything special like a different obd or ecu? If i by the head, will i need the vtec solenoid if i get an apexi vtec controller? and finally, can i turbo this using a mild 6% boost?
any help will be greatly appreciated. this is my first go around with a honda or import for that matter. i am graet with chevy, ford, dodge, and motorcycles though. thanks!
