My idle on startup will rise and fall over and over. When the car is warm it idles fine. I was told by my friend that works at audi it could be a problem with the cold start injectors. Anyone know how to test for this? Tried to see if the car would throw a code but nothing came up. Anyone have any ideas?

 

clean your IAC vavle. carb cleaner/let it dry/ put it back on. if you wanna be real safe, get a cup of water and a cue (sp?) tip and try to get as much carbon off as you can. this should fix your problem. only about 10 mins. too.
