OEM fog lights
The dealerships still carry OEM stuff for 99 models? Dont have much experience dealing with the Honda dealership staff. Hence I ask here. Plus, there a DIY for the install someplace? thanks
They do still carry the foglights (be sure to order the switch too..its not included in the kit). My friend just found out that the hard way a couple weeks back. As far as installing them, the only hard thing would be adding them into the bumper. I didn't help with the install so I have no idea if you have to cut anything or not, but it's a plug and play wiring thing.
You know if any text comes with the kit? With regards to wiring? Extremely n00b when it comes to wires and **** with cars. . .lol god that sounds gh3y.
Yeah I do believe it comes with some instructions. When I say plug and play, I do mean plug and play. There's a harness down by the bumper that the lights plug into and there is a harness that the switch plugs into in the dash. Just plugging stuff in.

when i ordered it from them, it came with instructions.

If you get them from the dealership they don't come with a switch or instructions. You will have to order the switch seperatly and ask if they can print instructions out for you. Most the time they will.
Get them from Handa-accessories. They are OEM kits just like from the dealership for a lot less. In fact I have yet to see them cheaper anywhere else. Plus when you order from them it comes with the switch and instructions.
Installation is easy. You will have to cut your bumper. The instructions tell you to mark out all these spots and such and drill them out with a hole saw and then cut with a knife. That is the hard way. If you take off your bumper and wipe down the inside you will see that the holes are already marked out. You can try to cut it out with a razor knife but it is hard. I use a cut off wheel to do it and it is a piece of cake. The wiring is simple, plug the switch and harness into the harness on the steering column, locate the power source under the fuse box. Plug in supplied harness into the connector found towards the front driver side, install a few plastic clips that are supplied, and plug in the lights.

I apologize for quasi-jacking, but where is the best place to order 92-95 oem or good oem style fogs? I know that they have been discontinued and I checked h and a and a few other sites they all carry fogs for eks and sis. Thanks
