Making A/F Controller

I read a while ago, i think on this board that theres a way to make your own a/f controller.

there was some diagram with all kinds of different resistors and all

anyone know/heard or know where it is on this site?

1st pic is the circuit diagram i used to make the meter that u can see in the 2nd pic. it's the thing over the steering wheel and infront of the gauges.
