i have a question about my crx
i have a 86' crx si . with a b16a5 swap and a few other mods, im lookin to put a supercharger on... can anyone give me any advice. i dont have alot of room under the hood.... thanks

Does the JRSC take up more space than the original intake manifold anyone? If not then you're in the clear!
If it won't fit then there's always the electric supercharger. Not the boat fan but the REAL one that's actually an electric motor and a screw-type blower.
Just curious, with your swap are you using the Zdyne ECU? When you boost it are you going to get a Zdyne Gold ECU?

the b16a5 is a 1st gen si j-spec engine. im puchin bout 185 hp,. but i wanna be puchin at least 220hp, and i was wondering if i relocate the battery the the back if that would give me enough space... is there any way to attach a picture on here ?

I'll believe it when I see the block stamp that says "B16A5" , no offense but anyone can make a typo on a chart. You sure you don't mean 5 million series B16A?
ok, one more time.... my b16a5 is a first gen, SiR.... its a 91... maybe thats why you aint hear of it? just look it up online... u will find sum ****...

from what I understand there are 2 1st gen b16a's . One series which was in the integra Xsi and then a five series motor that was in the EF SiRs.....The way you can tell is by the numbers listed beneath the B16a, they will start with either a 5 or a 1.
So, he has a 5 series from a civic or crx SiR.
