OT: Shipping for Bumper
I need the cheapest shipper (USPS or truck freight is ok) for ITR bumper..
(from CA to PA)
Size is 70 * 24 * 30
Weight 15 pounds.
can't believe that Fedex/UPS charge $250...
HelP.

Check Airborne, DHL, and Roadway Express. DHL is probably the cheapest of the three but they adjust their rates according to how large the package is (even though your box weighs 15 lbs they'll probably rate it at 250 lbs since it takes up so much space). Roadway will ship practically anything but they charge a lot more to ship to a residential address. I'm not sure about Airborne.
