i had some but they really dont stop the wheel hop effect. looks like you have 92-95 civic from your avatar i would invest in a jim fab front cross member that will eliminate your hop

i've heard that those front cross member bars work wonders...but that they also cause a clearance issue with exhaust/downpipes. i was looking to get one of those as well as the inserts just to see for myself what really helps.

I didnt have a problem with wheel hop before installing inserts, but it did help eliminate lurching when letting off the gas. The only downside imo is the extra vibration you will feel while idling at a stop light.

I installed the prothane ones and they did not dramatically help with wheel hop. The shifts were indeed improved though. I did not feel the benefits were worth the horible vibration in my daily driver so I took them out.

the torque mount inserts are meant to stabilize your motor during shifting and acceleration, not reduce your wheelhop....... to cut the wheelhop you'll need to upgrade your upper driver and tranny side mounts..... or you could get adjustable shocks for the front and set them to soft.
