Default 2000 accord v6 removing rotor

I have a 2000 v6 that need the rotors turned but i cant get the rotors off, anyone have experience with this thing? I pulled the axle nut off, and caliper. No luck..I looked at it and there are splines in it would that cause it to be stuck,.. I wanted to get a hammer on it , but am not sure if that is the correct thing to do.
I have a factory service manaul and it shows nowhere how to remove the rotor..

Did you remove the two rotor screws? The rotor should seperate from the hub.

You'll need an impact tool to remove the two philip head bolts from the front of the rotor.
Leave the cliper off and put the axle nut back on. Be sure to properly torque the axle nut.
