Default another axle question about b-series CRX (I know, I know...)

YES i searched, but was still confused..

So I bought my GSR swap and it came with a 94+ intermediate shaft. I need confirmation that 94+ teg axles will work in my swap? Everyone says to use 90-93 teg axles but the guy i got the swap from apparently had it in a crx before. Im just thinking I can save money if I dont need to buy a new intermediate shaft..

please let me know, thanks!

yes you can use 94+ teg axles with intermediate shaft but if you are using a cable tranny then you gotta change the tranny axle seal with 94+ teg, same if you wanted to use 90-93 teg axles with your hydro you would need to change the seal to 90-93

ive been using the 94-up midshaft for 3 years on my b18c crx. just ask for a 94-up midshaft seal.

also make sure u remove everything on the hub portion of the axle.

since u are in san diego, there is a good place in convoy that has lifetime warranty axles that are way better than the autozones. onestop undercar.
